Imagine a way to increase your chances of landing your dream job using a technique called “white fonting”. This clever hack can grab recruiters’ attention and make you stand out.
Therefore, Job seekers, nowadays, are adopting a new approach known as “white fonting” to gain a competitive advantage over other candidates.
Problem:
It is really frustrating when you apply for jobs but never hear back from the recruiters. You might be thinking that you are a perfect fit for the role,
but somehow the recruiter never calls you.
What should you do in this case? Well, may be white fonting…
Solution:
Most of us pay a lot of attention to our CVs, and that is perfectly fine.
We do everything, we can, to make our CV stand out.
We list out all our achievements. Select the right fonts. Select the proper color. Check that the alignments are proper. Add social media links.
Write about our educational details. We mention the certificates earned.
We write about hobbies. Also, we boast about the past experience in the field.
And last but not least, we sometimes take expert advice as well.
So, How can something so carefully designed may fail to be shortlisted?
